The reception, the lobby bar and the computer corner are open at the following times:
Weekdays 06.30 – 23.00
Weekends and summer period 07.30 – 23.00 unless otherwise indicated.
The courtyard at the back of the hotel is open until 22.00 during the summer.
The entrance is locked at all other times – your room key also opens the door at the entrance.
The night porter vanishes
The bleary-eyed night porter is no more! Instead, modern technology and our eagle-eyed security company take care of nighttime service.
The technology is only a complement to personal service. Combining the two results in a secure, total solution. In this way, we improve security without compromising service to our guests.
Check-in is open up until 23.00.
When you ring First Hotell Örebro after 23.00, your call is redirected to Falck Teknik, a security company trained to provide the help you need. They also provide the same service for guests who ring reception after 23.00.
Lift and fire alarms, as well as security patrols, are all integral parts of our total security system.
New breakfast room on the “lower deck”
Our cabin on the “lower deck” has a fully-equipped kitchen and seats for 70 people. Call in for an excellent start to the day!
Breakfast is served from 06.30 to 09.30 on weekdays and from 07.30 to 10.30 at weekends.
