Presentation
The old breakfast room (room 217) is one of the hotel’s three double rooms with a balconyand large windows looking onto the inner courtyard. Prior to the hotel’s reconstructions in 2001, this was the breakfast room. Of course, there are no signs of this now. It is now a very pleasant double room decorated in warm yellows. A capacious wardrobe, two armchairs, table, desk and chair, TV and two comfortable beds (each 90 cm wide) make up the furniture. There is a large, tiled bathroom with a shower and floor heating. Access to 24 Mbit ADSL broadband is also included.
Historical background
Before it was moved down into Kajutan (the “state cabin”) when the hotel was reconstructed in 2001, this was the breakfast room. Besides being the room where breakfast was served, it was also the room where people socialised in the evenings. Tea, coffee and sandwiches were served as visitors chatted or watched TV.
